LOCAL
Healthcare in McPherson is stronger, thanks to you.
When you approved a half-cent sales tax to support McPherson County hospitals almost 10 years ago, your forward thinking brought new services, upgraded technology, and improved patient care to your community – and even helped our hospitals weather a global pandemic.

Expanding family practice capabilities
Upgrading treatment rooms
Adding wound care capabilities
Adding walk-in care
Adding new specialty technologies, including an MRI machine and women's imaging center
Handling a global pandemic

FORWARD THINKERS IN McPHERSON
As a parent to young children, it is so important to have access to healthcare, urgent, emergent and routine. We have access to all three right here close to home and my family has personally utilized all of it. I support the sales tax, to support the health and safety of my family.

It’s vital for rural communities to have access to local healthcare.

Adequate healthcare near the place we call home is key to the sustainability of our communities and county. When a rural hospital closes, it can disrupt both the health care and the economy of a community. A YES vote to continue this tax allows for sustainability and growth.

I think it’s important to have access to healthcare right here in our community. Continuation of the sales tax will help McPherson Center for Health continue to make improvements in order to best serve our community.

McPherson hospital has had many upgrades in the recent years, including new imaging equipment and a remodeled rural health clinic. McPherson hospital & the RHC house my primary care physicians, and I would be very sad to see them affected by something as simple as the loss of sales tax. I would gladly continue paying the same amount I have been in sales tax to help fund the medical facilities in the region!

Need to continue the excellent facilities and medical personnel. We have added new equipment recently and need to be able to stay state-of-the-art as much as possible.

Death is overrated. Having a skilled healthcare center local to our community is an asset that will only be valued when it isn't available.

There have been so many great improvements related to our care, I am excited to see more.
